RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AMEND RESOLUTION No. 205-18 TO FURTHER INCLUDE THE SHARED CLINIC (PHS) BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature adopted Resolution No. 205-18 on May 10, 2018 authorizing the County Manager to enter into a modification agreement with A+ Technology & Security Solutions, Inc. to provide and install a Security System as well as data storage accommodations for the Travis and the Department of Community Services buildings; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to amend Resolution No. 205-18 to develop, provide and install a Security System with data storage accommodations for the Shared Clinic building as well.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby amends Resolution No. 205-18 and authorizes the County Manager to enter into a Modification of Agreement with A+ Technology & Security Solutions, Inc., to also include the Shared Clinic building at a cost not to exceed $157,454.00; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding for the Shared Clinic building addition to this project is being sourced from FY18 State Homeland Security Grant funding.
